Hello,

Has anybody had any good experiences with various alternative theapys
for food allergies? I.e, LDA, NIET, supplments, special herbs, ???
If so, please give me some advice on what therpaies you advise that
will work the best.

### Please don't reply if you have a completely negative opinion about
alternative therapies - such replies wouldn't be useful as I have
allready decided to try some alternatives out given that I multiple
food allergies to protein sources and insulin resistance that must be
managed with high protein diets.

Thanks

You might look into EPD (enzyme-potentiated desensitization).

Never heard of LDA. Supplements only help as part of a larger treatment
strategy. No herb does a damn thing and NAET is pure snake oil.

here is how you do it with enzymes, and gastric acid.
takes about 4-10 days. is FREE. works. have not had it fail once.
keep your fingers crossed.

if you can't spend 7 freaking days doing it,
i don't want to hear your whining, and all the
reasons it can't work you can think of.

if you got issues, or problems, or it is not working, let me know.

While back I was allergic to all wheat, breads, diary, had hay fever so bad I sneezed all
day and night.

I got started on probiotics and changed what I eat to the SCD diet per Elaine Gottschall
in her book "Breaking the Vicious Cycle".

I take Culturelle and Healthy Trinity, one capsule of each first thing ever morning with
several ounces of Kefir, a cultured milk product made by Lifeway. I use the Organic,
Plain, Low fat. I drink Kefir several times ever day. Take the probiotics on an empty
stomach first thing every morning and last thing every night.

Hope this helps. Like a miracle to my overall health.
