Aluminum Pans

Hello all,

I work a company as a kitchen manager that has numerous on sight
institutional food serving settings. One of the other managers has the
company almost convinced that we need to dispose of all aluminum cook ware.
Personally I think this may be a bit extreme. Might anyone know of Web
sights, studies and such that would be helpful in this debate?
