I haven't been able to get them out of my mind since they were mentioned
yesterday. Anyone got a diabeties friendly recipe?

Yes. A friend showed a pic recently of his first attempt at making them. The
oven tray was one black mess. Very diabetic friendy! Wink

Sorry, but I found my limit was about 1/4 of a standards
large one. And it's bloody hard to stop at 1/4 with those.
