Can anybody point me at a listing for weight vs. carb, fat, etc components
of various foods?
I've got the usual exchange stuff, based on standard portions, X of a cup
measures, but for an OCD diabetic with a new German-made scale....
But seriously, folks, this will help me better figure out how my body
works.
A search turned up a zillion links, and I'd rather not re-invent the wheel.
I will figure out my homemade bread, based on the ingredients and weight of
a finished loaf. I know it kicks my BG a lot less than a store-bought
hamburger bun. Big shock there, eh?
