Hi, just got my hands on some crocodile meat, but don't really know what to
do with it, though i found some recipies on the net, neigther of the said
how to cook the meat, is it to be coocked all the way through, like chicken,
og can it be slightly raw inside? Would greatly appreciate a quick response
as i am to cock this today.

I have had alligator or crocodile before (don't remember which -- it was
one time a long time ago in a restaurant) and its texture was like shark
or swordfish or some big type of whitefish.

If I were cooking some, I would certainly cook it all the way through,
and I would think that any way you would prepare
shark/swordfish/whatever, it would also suit alligator/crocodile well.
