If I merely cook the honey it becomes sticky again at room temperature.
How do I cook honey to harden it? Can I add pectin or? ???

Deli Style Tongue I've tried various ways of pickling and cooking tongue and it never tastes ANYTHING like what you get in a deli. Does anyone have a good recipe for deli-style tongue? Does it have to be pickled first?
