According to the makers of Hellman's Mayonnaise, contrary to popular
belief, you can't get sick from their product. They have never had a sick
customer. The acid and salt in the product would kill harmful bacteria. -

I don't appreciate Hellman's downsizing their 32 oz. jar to 30 oz. and
probably charging the same price from now on. The switch came with
coupons and sales to divert our attention from the smaller jar. That,
in an of itself, made me sick. ;-D

"real ale" two hundred years old. What do you make of this?

It is in the Smoker Well I put a 7 lb butt in the smoker this morning. I got it in kind of late about 10:30am. I am hoping that because it is small it will not take to long. The last one I did which was 12 lbs took about 14 hours. The temp right now is 140f at about 4pm. Hop
