Although I love proper English sausages from my local butcher I have a real
craving for the sausages I had in Brittany last year. Chipolata sized
chirizo style sausage, not too spicy but certainly not plain and fresh, not
cured.

Anyone know where I can get them in the UK? Done a few googles without
success.

Ta

Do you mean merguez sausages? They are certainly long chipolata sized,
and spicyish. There's a few links for them, mostly recipes, but at least
one shop I think?

One Google and I've found a supplier straight away although I'll poach some
skins from my butcher and had a go at making my own.

Many thanks.
