I've been off all or most forms of sugar for almost three weeks...Want
to begin eating fruit again, any suggestions so I don't go overboard?

While you are waiting for your 'fruit' responses, have you tried or
considered Stevia?

many places]

It may open up a new 'non-sugar' door for you.

A long time ago we would break our fasts an apple-chew it very well

Yes! That is what I did today...Thank you! I'll stick with apples
for the time being. I'm bad with fruit, always tofu and veggies, but
would foresake fruit...odd...
