Which is worse Burger King or Kentucky Fried Chicken

I have never seen such poorly run restaurants as these. I can't believe that
with at least 50 customers every two hours these companies can't afford more
good workers. I actually think that because they are run so poorly I will
never ever go to a Burger King again. What I saw left me wanting to vomit. I
saw people cleaning the outside with mops and trash can come inside without
putting on gloves and start making the food. I saw all immigrants (central
american) without gloves and couldn't talk English while customers outside
waited and waited and waited. I complained. I didn't want them to lose their
jobs. I just never ever wanted to be treated this way again or fear from my
life cause management didn't know what was happening. I called the
management and she had no clue except to know I was not happy and she was
not very nice... She was a bit defensive. I didn't want to complain as much
as not have this ever happen again to me or anyone else. why can't they pay
Americans a bit better and do a better job? Oh so which is worse? For now I
would say BK. Not sure if I will ever risk being poisoned again.

KFC is much worse than BK.

All of the Yum! Brands restaurants are bad news.

I think KFC , the many I have been to is VERY poorly managed also. I can't
believe a few weeks in training and giving an employee 9 dollars an hour ,
couldn't attract more then a few workers at their restaurant who were
competant. I can't imagine how many customers they lost because they didn't
have enough employees are didn't have enough food. You know how many times I
went there looking for food and they tell me they are short on workers and
out of food and they give me prices that were not the same a day ago. The
managers smile to other workers because she is winging it and has no
responsibility to care. You can tell
BK is sometimes the same way but with BK its illegals that US justice
department should look into. I can't imagine how these companies can't pay a
few dollars more to get more competent managers in training who ( GET THIS)
care about keeping the store running well and paying a few dollars more in
keeping good employees. What goes on in these stores is more like what goes
on in a mental hospital. I was appalled at lack of safety standards at more

In Italy we don't have such restaurants. But well, all
restaurants/fast foods in Italy have very good management and workers.

Food is so important for Italians... I think that what you happened to
you at Burger King, in Italy would have created an impressive popular
complaint that would have lead to the closing of BK.
