Hi,

I just bought a microwave oven. What bothers me is that the manual said
"don't store anything directly on top of the microwave oven surface".
Do you know why? It occupies quite a lot of space. Any idea is much
appreciated. Sorry that I have to post it here. I couldn't find a
newsgroup for microwave ovens.

Regards.

Tony
