can someone recommend where i can buy some real quality chef knives only
for home use but i would like some decent sharp knives.

Henckel knives are fantastic...google for them, see if you can get a good

E Numbers Book Has anybody seen any cheap small books with the food preservative numbers in it. I thought their used to be one a bit like the Collins Gem books but can't find one. WH SMiths being their useful selves said they can't order unless I know all the details. t
