I'm developing a website devoted to jerky (of all types) and was hoping
that some folks here might point me in the direction of places I might
find interesting recipes for various types of jerky. Not just beef
jerky, but anything available, especially the more interesting types.
Interesting jerky oriented marinades as well. While I intend to have all
the basics, I would also like to be able to provide some more exotic and
unusual recipes as well...
Thanks ahead for any pointers!
