I have been recently diagnosed this spring with Diabetes II.
Finally getting down to 103!
question is? do any of you experience a numbness on one side of mouth, lips.
and some queasy feeling at the same time? This has been happening lately.
I am in my late 50's and female.
thanks for any advice

CALL YOUR DOCTOR!!!!
What you have COULD be"
1) A micro-stroke
2) Bell's Palsy
3) A dental abscess
4) A sinus infection
5) Parkinson's
6) ALS
7) If you were much younger, it could have been MS
Of course, it probably is none of those - but you shouldn't take the
chance. They are too dangerous.

Occasionally, when I have a hypo. Test your BG when you get this feeling
and see if you are low.

My mom had something like that happen to her last winter, and she was
diagnosed with Bell's Palsy. Diabetics are more apt to suffer from
it, although I don't know why.
