I've finally uploaded my (well, my wifes) recipe for chocolate chip
cookies which is very type 2 friendly. The secret is making them with
gram or besan flour (chickpea flour) which can be obtained at any
Indian grocery store. We did add back into it, some real brown sugar.
It is so much better than using only sugar free that I decided a little
brown sugar spread out over 2 dozen cookies wouldn't make much
difference. These cookies hardly raise my bg (I eat 2 at one sitting).
Click on low carb recipes and their are 3 recipes there.

What a wonderful photo gallery. You do excellent photography.

I'll give the cookies a try in the near future.

I eat a lot of these cookies. My wife bakes them for me every week.
It's my biggest treat that I don't have to feel guilty about.
