I made sun dried tomatoes in sunflower oil and spices from a recipe I
got in Italy. It was excellent. Now I can't find the spices or recipe.
I remember the Italian woman telling me sunflower oil was better than
olive oil for this use. Does anyone have a recipe to make herbed dried
tomatoe oil?
